Co-Founder and CCO of Girl Gains LLC

Karina Glaze is an SDSU alumnus with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Fitness Specialist emphasis). She currently works as a Medical Assistant. She is also a co-founder and CCO of Girl Gains LLC, whose mission is to empower and promote female weightlifting through a safe, judgment-free community. Karina’s company currently has 65+ chapters across the U.S. and Canada and has recently been affiliated with Gymshark.
