Foods and Nutrition instructor Kylee Scholar and Dr. Changqi Liu interviewed Reyanne Mustafa, co-founder and CEO of SOUL MUCH Foods, for our NUTR 405 class. Reyanne was a Foods and Nutrition student at SDSU who graduated in 2017. She did the ZIP Launchpad at SDSU and established SOUL MUCH Foods with her partner and co-founder, Kristian Krugman. She is very grateful for the nutrition education she received at SDSU, particularly Kylee’s NUTR 405 class.
