Fabio Comana is a faculty member in the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University, where he teaches courses in exercise physiology and kinesiology. He is a current/past medical advisory board member and subject matter expert for OrangeTheory Fitness, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise, FEA-Asia, and Caloric Responsibility. Most recently, he has partnered with several international agencies to help build and deliver fitness and nutritional education and credentialing throughout Asia. Previously, at ACE, he created ACE’s IFT™ model and many of its live educational workshops. His experience includes Division I collegiate head coaching and strength conditioning, opening/managing clubs for Club One, and consulting through Genesis Wellness Consulting. He is an award-winning national and international presenter, media spokesperson, and accomplished author.
